When you connect an AI: you approve a separate hosted copy that our service can decrypt to answer authorised requests. Your chosen AI receives the content it retrieves. Revoking access stops future retrieval; it cannot recall copies already received. How encryption works →

Each company has dedicated, isolated storage managed by OpenDataRoom. You don’t need a cloud account or any infrastructure set-up. The ten-user plan includes a storage bucket per listed user, with per-user tracking and usage accounting.

No AI subscription, full virtual data room or research service. Your recipient uses their own compatible AI app; we provide private document access with a request ledger.
During the invited pilot
These are the owner-selected GBP monthly prices. Online checkout is not active and no payment is collected here. Tax and billing terms will be confirmed before purchase.
Current pilot limits: 50 files and 10 MB of original content per source drop; up to 20 saved drops per user, within the shared 1 GB company storage allowance. Hosted access lasts from one hour to seven days, subject to company policy. Your library has its own displayed retention deadline, separate from access. Subscriber request records are kept during the subscription and for one calendar year after it ends. An owner-encrypted archive is then available for at most 90 days, with email notifications and a fixed download deadline. The public sample keeps its separate 30-day policy. Specific commercial AI apps still require compatibility testing.
Send a request, comment or note
Use your connected AI to deliberately send a message to the pack owner. Review the exact text before sending. The owner sees your submitted message and verified email in Recipient inbox; your private chat is not collected. Messages are encrypted at rest and kept for up to 90 days, or deleted sooner. No agent setup, API key or automatic answer is included in this version. See the workflow and boundaries.
